Day +29 BMT

She is still intubated in ICU with ventilation  and dialysis support. She has no improvement for the past 4 days. The liver is still deteriorating with serum bilirubin is increase to 586 umol/L. The blood pressure is going up and down, and currently on noradrenaline to keep it above 90/50 mmHg. 

Her blood coagulation is also prolonged and there is still oozing of blood coming out from her mouth and eye. She regularly receives fresh frozen plasma (FFP) to control the bleed. The white cell count is maintained around 4. 

Her lung condition was deteriorated on last Tuesday due to fluid overload, but improving after removal large amount of fluid (300 ml/hr) through dialysis.
