Today seems not much change - still having nausea, vomiting and lost appetite. The effect of second type of chemotherapy had put me down and it really make me depressed. For the whole day, I lied on the bed and tried to close my eyes, and getting into sleep. I'm hoping that everything will be over when I wake-up.
IV ATG (Anti-Thymoglobulin) infusion was started over period of 6-8 hours. It is used to prevent rejection after stem cell transplant. I was monitored closely for possible allergic reactions.
My sister Norianee just had finished her stem cell collection for today which took about 6 hours. No more nause or dizziness. Going to have another session tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the most important day for me. I will get new marrow stem cell (new life) from my sister.

I could understand how you must have felt;hoping that time really flies;hoping that all of 'these' will eventually come to an end once you wake up.However,try reading this;hoping that you could gain some strength to move on and at the same time;pleading for The Almighty's blessings .(obtained this from someone very dear to us,your younger brother aka my husband).Translation is as follows :

Kakak,glad to hear the good news on both Ibu and Cik Ya.Ayah did mention that Ibu's nause and vomitting will go off in a few days.So,when are you and Cik Ya scheduled to come home?Any precise date?If both of you are still in SGH during this weekends,do inform me.My youngest sister (Cik Mai-the one that you met in JB) will be going to Singapore this weekends."Jalan-jalan",katanya.I have personally requested her to visit our family members in SGH.Hence,do confirm on the status,please.Thank you in advance.

this ar a normal value 4 the full blood count. sorry to AP Dr ezane and kak hanan coz im late to give this coz tenet in usm always hav a prblem even known as APEX uni.
Hb for female-11.5-16.5g/dL
Platelet count- 150-400 times 10(9)/L
TWC- 4-11 times 10(9)/L
I thinks only this 3 value important for us to know abot kak nor progresson after chemo...So every one plz plz remember n keep all this in ur mind.
