Day +6 BMT

Her blood oxygen saturation was dropped again in early morning and oxygen was increased to 40%. Her blood saturation maintained at 97 to 100%. She retains more fluid and her body appears more swollen than yesterday. The urine output is increased to over than 1000 ml yesterday, the day before was only 800 ml (normal is roughly between 30 to 40 ml per hour). But, this is still not enough for her compared with the amount of fluid given. The serum creatine is increased to 170 umol/L (normal less than 100). The serum bilirubin was around 140 umol/L (normal is between 2-17).

Plan for another central venous line to monitor the central venous pressure and KIV for renal dialysis if the renal function deteriorated. She will get another blood transfusion (packed red blood cell and platelet) today. She also developed sub-conjunctiva hemorrhage because having cough after bronchoscopy. 

Her oxygen saturating getting better this morning and they give her an oxygen through nasal tube. Informed by her consultant that the ultrasound showed  lot of fluid in the abdominal cavity. The CT scan of the chest also detect presence of fluid in the pleural space. She told that the lung parenchymal changes is not as bad as the changes seen on chest x-ray. Another dose of I.V. Lasix will be given to increase the urine output. Until 12 midnight, the urine output was 1750 ml.
