Computed Tomography of the brain was performed in the afternoon. I was told that she doesn't has any intracranial bleed. The Hickman catheter was removed and the CVP and arterial catheters were changed to reduce the risk of getting infection.

Day +13 BMT
Her conscious level is still not recovered after 48 hours discontinuation of sedation drugs. Her liver status seem does not improved. Hematology Consultant, Dr Mickey Koh informed me that after had discussion with Hepatology Consultant yesterday, the liver dialysis is not clearly indicated for her at this moment and it may added the risk of bleeding. According to him, the liver enzymes (AST and ALP) are still okay, except for serum bilirubin that show slightly increasing pattern. Total white count is 0.38.
