Day +3 BMT

In ICU still. Today, the Bi-PAP ventilator was detached and oxygen is delivered through nasal tube. The blood oxygen saturation is maintained at 95 to 99%. The CXR did not show any improvement, but it is expected to be delayed in demonstrating the changes. Able to take some orange juice, but not allow to take much.

The Hb and platelet are still low despite having blood transfusion because of continuos blood loss from heavy menstruation. Also having fluid retention in the body (third space) due to excess intravenous fluid (from i.v medication, blood transfusion) and some impairment of renal and liver functions (as a result of veno-occlusive disease).
